Lampong black pepper (Sumatra, Indonesia, mill refill 42g), one of the best in the world, with a rounded aroma and unique aromatic power. Versatile, it enhances everything.

Satay sauce mix (600g tub) made with peanuts, spices and shrimp, inspired by Indonesian and Malaysian satays. For chicken or beef skewers, marinades, rice and woks.

Ground nutmeg (480g tube), from Indonesia, with a mild and warm taste. Essential for purees, gratins and béchamels, it also flavours gingerbread, sangria and compotes.
