In the land of grand crus, a company presses, jams, and sips the best of Burgundy's fruits – starting with its crown jewel: the blackcurrant.

History & expertise
Founded in 2004 near Beaune, between orchards and vineyards, Nectars de Bourgogne set itself a gourmet mission: to showcase the emblematic fruits of its terroir, especially the intense and distinctive Burgundy blackcurrant that is the region's pride. Initially focused on juices and nectars, the company gradually expanded its range: generous jams, fruit purees and coulis, fruity vinegars, and flavored syrups now make up a complete selection, always guided by the same commitment to naturalness and true taste. Fruit first, technique second: the recipes preserve the aromatic freshness of the berry or ripe fruit, without excessive sugar or artificial additives.
Specialties
The result can be enjoyed from breakfast to dessert: a dense and vibrant blackcurrant nectar, coulis that awaken a panna cotta or faisselle, vinegars that deglaze a poultry liver, and syrups that flavor a sparkling kir or homemade lemonade. Both sweet tooths and cooks will find something to enjoy.
FOODHUB loves this company because it tells another Burgundy story, fruity and gourmet, complementary to that of wines – and because the quality of its fruits can be tasted in every spoonful.
