Food Peak Trade

Food Peak Trade Co., Ltd. (株式会社フードピークトレード) was founded on May 12, 2025 in Kagoshima, at the southern tip of Kyūshū — a volcanic land renowned for its livestock, fishing, and ancient fermentations.

The company is led by Yuya Tsumagari, alongside Salim Saadi, founder of FOODHUB, who sits on its board of directors. Two cultures, one shared standard of excellence.

Its mission: to bring the best Japanese products to the world, and to introduce major European brands to Japan.

Food Peak Trade only references a product after examining its manufacturing method and raw materials — this is the core of its "exceptional MADE IN JAPAN" philosophy.

Kyūshū wagyu, seafood, salts, artisanal sauces and condiments: each product is chosen directly from the producer, without unnecessary intermediaries.

Conversely, the company imports European treasures to Japan — organic olive oils and gourmet local groceries.

Food Peak Trade is the sister company of Fukuyama Kurozu, the house that produces Kakuida black vinegar, aged in earthenware jars facing Kagoshima Bay.

This kinship is no coincidence: it's the same family of artisans and entrepreneurs from Kagoshima who oversee both houses, with the same respect for long-standing tradition and precise craftsmanship.
